Please follow my ToS at all cost, by commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
Information
If you want to commission me please read this ToS, then you may contact me through any of my social media platforms with a direct message system or you may email me on my business email which is on my carrd along with all my other social media!
What I can draw
• Humans (and/or anything similar)
• Furries (Anthro and Feral)
• Dragons/Lizards
• Birds/Avians
• Gore of all kinds
• NSFW (this is limited)
What I can’t draw
• Anything illegal
• NSFW that isn’t consensual
• Weird/Odd Fetishes
• Bugs
• Spiders
• Hate/Discriminatory art
I will tell you if I can or can’t draw it. I have a right to refuse service and block if I am uncomfortable. Refund is provided.
NSFW Commissions
• You must show proof of age that is 18 years old or older in order to commission me (drivers license, ID, Diploma, etc).
• The characters you own must be 18 years or older.
• If you are wanting someone else’s oc to be drawn they must also be of age and have their oc be 18 years or older.
• I will NOT draw anything for you if it involves scat, urophilia, or feet. You will be blocked.
• All work must be consensual, period.
• If the request you make is questionable then I will refuse to draw it.
You must pay first
• You must pay upfront and have money ready when asked to pay.
• Acting suspicious will result in me canceling the commission.
• I only accept Paypal and I only do money in USD.
• If you use a difference currency please make sure you have the correct funds so when you commission me I get the correct amount. I will let you know if you sent too much or not enough.
Shipping
• If you want to mail anything to me I will only give out my P.O Box and preferred name (Gray).
• Asking for anything else will result in blocking.
• I will not be mailing anything to anyone period.
Refunds
• I do not do refunds unless I can not complete it. A refund will be placed if this occurs.
• Refunds will not be given out from misunderstanding of my Terms of Service.
• I have the right to decline/cancel a commission at any given time without a given reason. Refund will be provided ASAP.
• If I find out you are having me draw a stolen character I will refuse a refund.
• If you are found to have lied about your age I will refuse a refund.
Drawing information
• Please make sure you have this information:
commission size and type.
Clear reference (must be flat colored or have a color wheel).
Any specifications, aka expression, poses, outfits, etc.
Finally, make sure to have payment ready.
• For a reference sheet you must have a full bodied, flat colored, digital drawing of your character. It is so that I won’t mess up any of the colors or design patterns.
• I can not take traditional references unless it’s for a reference commission.
Time Limits
• If you have a time limit please let me know when you first commission me.
• If you have a time limit you will need to pay me an extra $10.00 if it needs to be done within 24 hours.
• If you do not have a time limit please do not rush me. Asking daily will make me anxious and make me lose motivation more.
• If you want to know when your art will be finished, please go to my Queue and it will show a date.
Please note that I may run behind so please be patient with me!
Blacklist
• People who are on the blacklist are not allowed to commission me or own designs by me. If you are concerned if someone you know is on my blacklist please message me or email me.
• My blacklist will be private for business reasons and I will give a simple yes or no answer if asked about someone.
• Blacklists can be appealed but only for certain circumstances.
• I have a right to make a personal blacklist for my comfort.
Credit
• If you want to repost my work whether it be a profile picture or a post please make sure to tag me in the post or say “credit to @grayterrier” in the bio or description. Credit my work please!
• You can not resell or use my art for money. Unless the character is being sold.
• You may repost and edit my work, with permission of course. If you do edit please credit me, even if it is edited it’s still required.
• If you get a design from me but want to sell it please tell me who you are giving it to before giving it away, if they are on my blacklist they have no right to the character.
